No. Never water your roses, as moisture will damage the preservation. To prevent color fading, keep them away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme heat.

If your arrangement is damaged during transit, please contact us at support@thestarryroses.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We strongly recommend leaving the roses inside their box. Each bloom is hand-arranged into a specific pattern; removing them risks damaging the delicate petals and the artistic design.
