Each Starry Roses arrangement is individually handcrafted the moment you place your order. Because every piece is created exclusively for you, all sales are final once your order is confirmed.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Preserved floral arrangements
  • Gift cards & Sale items

Refund Processing

Customers may initiate a return or refund request within 30 days of receipt. We will process your return/refund request within 24 hours. The refund will be returned to your bank account via the original payment method within 3-5 days after approval. Please contact us:
